Story behind the song
I'd been playing around with different elements [ie synth, bassline and drums] of this track for a few months and in a flash of catalystic creative inspiration this track was born. "Creatio Ex Materia" is a latin phrase that is often used in the early explanations of the creation of the universe, it translates as "creation out of eternally preexistent matter".
