Waddup, right now, you’re peeping the site and sounds Superior Beatz. Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, the love of hip-hop goes way back to 84. I started feeling hip-hop tagging along with my youngest Aunt (Tracy), listening to her records of sugar hill gang, etc. She took me to go see classics like “Beat Street” and “Breakin”. But yo, 85 was the year I got hooked. My moms cop me a fresh record player, LL Cool J’s “Radio”. Later in 86, moms cop me that Whodini’s “Back in Black”, and Run DMC’s “Raising Hell”. Later on through the 80’s, I listened to everything, EPMD, Public Enemy, to Ultra magnetic but yo, the game of hip hop in the 90’s was my golden age. Listening to Tribe, Nas, Mobb Deep, Busta, LL Cool J, EPMD, Gangstarr, Wu-Tang Clan, NWA, any Rap-a-lot or Death Row joint, man the list goes on and on, and I loved that shit yo! My love for producing beats came afterwards. I used to dub loop beats on a two cassette deck radio, and made instrumentals for the crew for freestyling. After that, I started mastering the craft, getting exposed to better equipment. I soon left the rapping alone and started focusing more on the beats, and later dropped joints for my crew, and Cap C and Random X’s “X to C” Project. The style of my beats is influenced by all the Hip-Hop(R&B/Soul) that I grew listening to (Peep the Influences). But yo!
