Hello! I'm very glad you stopped in to listen and visit. :) The message I carry is simply this...Jesus loves you and I do too. Hope you enjoy what you hear, and get a blessing from the music, as God does not give His people gifts to just set them upon the shelf, and never be used. I'm only as good as the Lord helps me to be, and I'm thankful for the blessings He has bestowed upon me. I'm NOT perfect, never claimed to be; but on the other hand, I have a message to minister in song, and I do that to the best of my ability. I fully realize there are many songs I demo here that don't fit my style/voice, but I can't run out and get a singer that fits everytime I write a song. :) What I write or cover comes from the heart. I've endured many hard trials in my life, and each one has, in one way or the other made its way into a song that others can relate to. All of my songs except for noted exceptions are free downloads. I'm not a professional by any means, nor am I interested in becoming one; and so the music is given away just as freely as the message was given to me. Story behind the song
It's one of those deeply written emotional songs that portrays the amazing compassion and sacrifice our Lord displayed on the day He laid down His life... I can remember different thoughts occurring to me in the writing of this song...people were SO cruel to Him, but yet, it was written in the prophecy, that He would be without spot or blemish, bear our transgressions, and give Himself as a sacrifice..the ultimate sacrifice. And He would be silent in the face in the face of His accusers..now that was something that I couldn't do, but He did. It ended up being acoustic, because it seemed to be a fitting match for this song. I've had the piano track built for some time, and when I went back with the intention of putting more into it, I was instructed to sing the song and release it as it is. I'm not a great singer, never claimed to be, but I love the Lord and glorify Him through my writings and the delivery of the messages He has been so gracious to give to me. The praise, the glory and the credit belong to Him and Him alone, for I'm nothing without Him.

Tammy, this is hot , I mean I had to turn down my volume after listening to Tony's new song , Your piano has a really deep full sound on it's own , I wonder why it is that devotional inspirational music always has such good melody's . This has a traditional sound to it in some parts and I really like the little gospel touch when you do that little three note bass arpeggio up the scale . cheers D

A beautiful, but simple gospel ballad, Tammy. Your voice and rich piano resonate a good message. A good song for me to hear right now since I just got back from church. 5 stars! It wouldn't surprise me if you could sell some of your songs to some Contempoarary Christian recording artist.

Tingles and goosebumps, awesome performance of a really special song. Keyboard work defines the chord changes and melodies beautifully and the vocal work is so pristene, Yes, a very good idea to present it stripped down, very powerful. Congratulations, it's fantastic!
