Feeling so unfulfilled
Lonely and discontent
God only knows
Where all my big dreams went
As a matter of fact
I’d go so far to say
That I simply mark time
And wish my life away
You think there’d be more
To my life than that
Just knocking around
Inside my high rise flat
But I’m sorry to say
That’s how matters stand
Not really a part
Of my life’s game plan
