It's kind of like if you took 'Indescribable,' and mixed it with 'God of Wonders' and 'My Glorious,' and then made it Arthur Pope's. :)

My name is Arthur Pope. I write awesome Jesus music.
My name is Arthur Pope. I sing. I play guitar. I write songs. Most are about Jesus. Many are about girls. I am 20 years old. I live in Missouri. My goal, in regards to music, is to become an established independent Christian recording artist, and to earn a modest income through those means. I came about the decision to actively pursue a career in music after three semesters of Bible college. It was then that I decided I have no desire to become a worship minister, and that songwriting will always be my greatest ambition. My sound is always subject to change, but at present, my music is largely acoustic guitar driven, due to that being what I'm most comfortable writing with. Lyrically and musically my songs tend to gravitate toward the melancholy, however I usually like to bring in a strong sense of hope. I strive to write honest music, and I rarely sugarcoat things (though I do pride myself in my ability to write thought provoking and insightful lyrics, which are just as poetic as they are powerful). I have been compared to artists such as Derek Webb, Jars of Clay, and Incubus.

Lyrics
The dawn The deep The light's dwelling It's absence and the refraction The flood The gale The crashing hail The flash and followed diffraction All bring wonder Could there be a greater God? Awe sparks wonder Could there be a greater God? The moon The sun The stars are strung As Bear and the cords of Orion The harp The song For a righteous throng with The Lamb on the Mountain of Zion All bring wonder Could there be a greater God? Awe sparks wonder Could there be a greater God?
