This was the first split I did with RedSK, as well as the first in a short series of albums we did that were meant to annoy the audiophiles at Discogs. Most of the material on my side is sort of along the lines of noisy epic raw dadaist reconstruction of popular music, some elements were plundered and others were self-made. We used the Noiser program, which offers one of the easiest means of producing random noise tracks available (fitting, since the object was to annoy), my side was particularly annoying due to sound issues. In order to record I held a cheap mic up to the tiny computer speakers I had plugged in. On later releases of the same sort I would run a patch from the headphone jack to the line-in, which sounded better. All of this was released on RedSK's own Non Quality Audio net-label (http://myspace.com/nonqualityaudio).
