J-Mastered has been around since 2000 and still going strong. He has made over 60 tracks dating back to 2001. When he first started writing, he was just a person who had no clue about the Hip-Hop culture. After just writing his thoughts for 2 years, he finally recorded his first song. The song he recorded compared to his songs today sound nothing like him. He has improved greatly each and every song. Now the year is 2009 and he is in the process of going back to the mic after time away. Expect to hear great tracks from him ranging from Spoken word tracks of everyday life and love to alternative rap tracks. J-Mastered is inspired by a couple of artists. Starting with his friend David. David is a longtime friend of music to J-Mastered. He was one of the reasons why J-Mastered is where he is today. Then you have artists such as Kaleal Crooks, Crizpy, Dren, K Duece and others. All of the people who are mentiond have influenced J to keep writing and recording.
