Frank Prophet is an individual and collective effort to make contemporary music using primitive roots as the starting point. Songs have three basic areas: 1. Love; 2. God; 3. Murder. We try to keep it that way.

Lyrics
It was six o'clock this morning when you came in the room was lit up, the sun came into the window while you waited. My days have run away from me the trail is covered up, and now I can't see where they've gone or why they have been taken. You'll find me in my death throes hanging over my bed I'll be swinging until I see the sundown. Then I'll come down the mountain wearing nothing but my head & settle into the flatlands and my hunting ground. The daylight comes in rings, I've never seen the colors quite like this in lavender & ochre on the hardwood. My friends have come around and all sit down on that cold ground that I would put my red & yellow rings on, whoever said that I would? Every day from now on is a new one. Only dusk can break this spell I don't know if it will, so the only thing for me to do is wait here. When I'm quaking in the tall grass I'll tell you just how I feel until darkness falls on the plains & my time is near. The water shines like crystal from the lip of the tinaja & everyone involved would agree I'd like it that way. But before I go up there and meet my people I will tell the rocks just where we've gone wrong. And there is nothing left among the rocks but sorrow.
