Royalty Free Use Contract Rights & Terms 

By default Scooppa Beatz will give you the standard 44.1 kHz, mp3 format at 128kbps free of sound marks though out the beat except at the end of the beat at a very low -19.6 dB. This sound mark must remain at the end of the beat in order for it to be used as Royalty Free Use Beat. 

You the user (Artist/Producer) can use this type of beat for any mix tape, internet or non-profit use purpose whatsoever, and you don't need any licensing at all ever for it. You could make a billion copies of it, as long as your vocals are recorded over it and you don't resell it as a "Beat or make Profit off the beat." However you must give Scooppa Beatz of Dirty Borough Productionz credit in all out takes." 

This License FORBIDS resale or other distribution of Scooppa Beatz compositions, and modification thereof. You "CANNOT" sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all or any of the products/beats sold under Scooppa Beatz to another user, or for use in any competitive product. Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this contract agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

The Exclusive Rights to the beat still belong to Scooppa Beatz and can still give out other royalties to others until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. However you must give Scooppa Beatz of Dirty Borough Productionz credit for the beat in all commercial recordings, broadcastings, out takes and finish productions on the back or front of the CD cover or where ever the beat is being posted, this mean MySpace and any other online network sites as well. 

After your production of the instrumental beat is completed and before you start to transfer out or sell your production, please send Scooppa the results of the final out come to: scooppabeatz@gmail.com Thanks!

*NOTE* Royalty Free Use Rights Holder: 

If you remove the sound mark in any way shape or form you will owe Scooppa Beatz $350 dollars royalty fee for violating terms and conditions of royalty free use beat contract and usage. 

You have full rights to record, but do not; alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form. 
(No reselling this beat at any time!) You’re only leasing the Royalty Free Use of this instrumental beat as a "Royalty Lease Work Made for Hire". 

If in the event that the exclusive right has been purchased after the purchase of your lease you may still end out your royalty free use lease for ( 30 Days) more but may not be able to acquire a another royalty free use for this instrumental. 

If you wish not to pay the violation royalty fee then I will have no choice but to prosecute you to the full extent of the law because you violated the terms and agreement of this contract. This is an on-line special service I provide for all up coming and established artist/producers every so often and I will not by no means be responsible for the vocals you lay over my beat(s).
