This is a song of thanks to the Lord. He is so wonderful to me that I often sang portions of this song before it was complete. It is truly amazing what great works God has done in my life! It is so good to know that He is a faithful and loving God!

Story behind the song
"Thank You, Lord" came about simply from thanking God for His great goodness to me. I sang portions of this song often before the song was completed. The song was added to and edited over time, and it was actually several months (about eight) before I tried adding a guitar part to the song and finished it up.
