With a friend’s love story in mind, it took 3-4 weeks to finish. The song’s original title was “BOYL”, an acronym for Beauty of Your Love. Generally, it is a story about a guy who was hoping for an everlasting relationship until he finally met the one he was waiting for. The characters fell in love but the guy began to feel afraid that the girl might leave him unreasonably just like his past experiences. But, doubtful as he was, he continued to see the real beauty of love. With this song, love can turn even the ugliest thing into the most beautiful thing.

Profile of Songwriter
Paul, a Rivermaya, Goo Goo Dolls and The Calling fan writes songs based on true stories. Anything he finds interesting awakens the songwriter in him. He was 14 years old when he started writing songs and back in college was a member of a band called “Afterclass.” He admits not being an exceptional instrumentalist for he only knows the basics of guitar, keyboards, and drums. Nevertheless, he wants to share his talents the best way he can and to inspire others through his own music. According to him “Music is a letter from one soul to another; stop to listen and understand the message within.” His other interests are NBA, Tekken, Playstation, Car Racing and Metal Slug games. Paul is also a puppet artist and has a talent in manipulating puppets and mimicking voices.
BAND PROFILE
Pulpit is an Alternative, church-based band formed in 1999 . The first song they arranged was “Para Sa’yo” then followed by “4am”, “Beauty of your Love”, “4pm” and “Bright New Day”. The band’s name came from typical things that can be seen inside the church. At first, they came up with ideas like “The Chair”, “The Electric Fan”, “The Bulb”, “The Chalk” and other visible things around. But, they ended up with one name that best describes their group – Pulpit, a thing which the preacher uses when he/she begins to speak. Like a preacher, they share messages from their hearts and mind through their own ways, and that is through their music.
