Hey everyone!!! thank you for checking out my soundclick page and I hope you like my music :) I haven't updated this in over a year, so I figured that a change was due. Here's what's going on these days... NEW music will be up by January at the very latest! The 2nd album, "Sinful" is going to be a free download and only the best of my new work :) I've been really picky this time around with my lyrics and everything. It'll have a few badass collabs on it including one with my buddy Steve playing guitar. Myspace- www.myspace.com/femminamusic

Story behind the song
Alice in Wonderland is a story (turned movie) about a girl, Alice, who falls down a bunny hole into this strange world where she runs into the Chesire Cat, an invisible wise alec, a big catepillar whom is smokes his opium pipe, but has quite a temper, and all other surreal creatures/people/circumstances. Go Ask Alice is a 1976 (pretty sure, might be '78) diary of a teenage (14) girl, named Alice for namesake, who is set up at a party with acid by playing "button button" (14 cokes, 4 have tabs of acid in them). After that, she goes through the world of addiction which is just as dark and mystical as Alice in Wonderland. The other connection is that people say the author of Alice in Wonderland was high on acid when he wrote it, so I figured it'd be an interesting parallel.
Lyrics
::: Verse 1::: I'm in a room Looking down at the bunny hole and I assume That it's nothing more than a little dot on the floor Not a detour from the life that I have chosen The life that I have grown with And I'd like to think so Like to think that I don't need to go That my life is right in front of me For what it is, I'm moving to what's gonna be Before I'm underneath 6 feet deep and I'm falling deeper everyday Leading me astray Yet I always find my way back to the 'caine Not able to relax or recap It feels like I'm buying cigarrettes without sin tax Cause I know it's wrong, but it's so damn easy And I really want it- it's the only thing that feeds me *conscience talking* "I'm not a bad person, just curious Got caught up, now, who's hurting us?" ::: Chorus 1::: There's something deep inside of me I'm dying to get out Heroin and acid keep on tripping me to fall down I see what I don't know and I feel what I can't hold ::: Verse 2 (Doc Rizk) ::: I need to focus on the rabbit race A little tortoise on my backside told me that he's glad to hate Had to make haste, couldn't waste time Standing in waiting lines Knowledge is there, but you stare with a vacant mind I'm falling deep into a hole before I made mine Red or blue, fuck it, crush 'em up, I'm sniffing purple lines I did it several times I'm going insane, out my mind Acid ate, now I'm watching shit change Yes, this is a pivotal track Address the facts deep down, where the minerals at? I've been known to be involved in some criminal acts The Mad Hatter, back to trap the invisible cat If I could see them, these pussies would get beaten The depths that I've been reaching- rock bottom- As we sleeping on the street If need be, he who sees me I'm something of a sweet pea I risk it all- cause the struggle is what feeds me ::: Chorus 2::: There's something deep inside of me I'm dying to get out Heroin and acid keep on breaking me down I see what I don't wanna see, it's freaking me out
