Story behind the song

I had just got the program Acid and all the available loop libraries...I decided to put together my first Acid song with at least one loop from each of the 21 loop libraries. There were libraries from diverse genres...from American Indian to Ambient to Industrial to African to Country to Electronica to Vintage Synths and many more. Why "Sour Mash"? I don't know...that just what it sounded like to me.
