Story behind the song

I was freestyling to a beat and someone said I had the lyrics but wasn't spitten hard enough. He said I was holding back; that I hadn't been through enough shit yet. If he had only known he was right about one part; I was holding back!  Why? I didn't know.  I have been through hell and back time & time again and I'm still standing.  Real shit!!!
