DurDEE South All-Stars started from humble beginnings. In 1978 Walt Carter aka Cee Hu$$ler started djing in Louisville KY before cross-faders existed. He started scratching in 1979 after hearing Kurtis Blow's "Christmas Rapping" and has been hooked every since. Cee Hu$$ler specializes in Beat Juggling, Flash Mixing, Scratching and good ole fashion Blending. Cee honed his turntable skillz during the 80's in the United Kingdom. He is credited as being one of the first DJs to incorporate hip hop a cappella's on top of the hottest reggae dub plates in Oxford & London. He also pioneered the use of 2 turntables and a mixer during a ragga set. Truly an innovator, Cee played the top night spots in southern England - Bentley’s, The Hippodrome, Lime Light and Maxwell’s to name a few. He is currently under contract with several major record labels remixing some of the hottest dance tracks on the charts. Cee Hu$$ler is also the pool director of DUR-DEE South Dance Music Association LLC, a division of The KSI Group Inc. headquartered in Atlanta GA. The KSI Group Inc, founded by Cee in 1996 is a professional services consulting firm, specializing in international business consultation. The European office is located in Oxford England, with branch offices in Holland, France and Italy. Cee Hu$$ler founded DurDee South Dance Music, along with his son's David aka "DCeezy" and Karsten aka "KSleezy" to provide DJ's with the latest new music and to help radio find tomorrow's new artists today, a job they take very seriously. They are vinyl junkies! DUR-DEE South Dance Music Association LLC specializes in underground hip hop, breakbeatz, garage, ambient trance, downtempo, 2step & drum & bass. “KSleezy” currently heads DurDee South’s international street team. DJ DCeezy, current head of Operations, credits include spinning at Kamakazie's, Carl D. Perkins Center, Univ. Of Kentucky Student Center, Papa John's Stadium, Brown & Williamson Ballroom, Kentucky State Bell Gym, Eastern Kentucky Univ. Weaver Gym, Lexington Marriott-Griffin Gate Grand Ballroom, Lex.
