In this latest CD “Just a broke brotha’ tryin to come up! N-Side highlights his thought provoking poetry covering topics we all think about, but won’t talk abou
The most influential aspect of my existence is being able to learn from people who have demonstrated care about the well being of others on a soulful level, not determined by dollars or over intellectual, but alienating commentary. The N-Side vibe is built on inclusive principles that create proactive dialog. Anybody can say something clever, catchy and entertaining. But not everyone can move a soul.

Story behind the song
As men we can learn a lot from those who try to love us. If we get out of our own way and let go of senseless, outdated male role conditioned attitude, we can reduce self hate, needs for control that kill intimacy and maybe even learn to understand why we are loved.
Lyrics
Another sleepless night can’t shake it and I’m concerned It doesn’t make much sense to hold on to what has grown from aggravation to pain Description of a narcissistic nightmare, strained awakening without purpose or gain Why is it so hard for a man to let go of anger? A question for a practical, rational mind? No? Just another strengthening lesson of reflection of a troubled soul, learning to love It takes a different type of courage for a man to change, look at all his motives and forms of selfishness to see if “ What’s really goin’ on” is what he truly believes And that he cannot find a resolution before decides to quit, and makes a quick-tempered decision to leave So there can be no shame or emptiness That must be satisfied with reason The history of our love was built by adjustment and compromise, and has never failed to empowered us through all of love’s seasons But without communication or dialog, how else would I figure out what I should do? One thing I’ve learned in all these years about love, have been things I learned from you
