Hello. I'm Shane Pack, a folkie from Tennessee. I am a follower of John Prine and Todd Snider, and I dabble in songwriting myself a bit. Hope you enjoy.

Story behind the song
I was travelling in the south Tennessee area staying in a crappy hotel when I wrote this. I think it's inspired by Pete Droge's "Hampton Inn Room 306".
Lyrics
Drove all night through Tennessee this road has got the best of me Stopped at a hotel somewhere on the Georgia line She ain't the best you'll ever see Got a king size bed and old tv But that ain't enough to bother me when I got you on my mind (Chorus) Chattanooga skyline won't you take me away This highway's just a thin line I been travelin all day Early in the morning when the sun comes up to stay Chattanooga skyline won't you send me on my way (End Chorus) Old Bob Hope in black and white neighbors kept me up all night I'm sorry that I called so late it's a little lonely here I know I need to let you go But I just wanted you to know It's just another day or so and I'll be coming home Chorus (bridge) And I been driving all night Till the early morning light I know I'm only passing through Trying to find my way back home to you Chorus
