Story behind the song
I was originally going to name this "Promise of a New Day", but then I discovered that Paula Abdul (gasp!) did a song by that name. After that rather sobering revelation, I immediately shortened it to "Promise". :o)

Really nice melody on this one. One of my favorite tunings as well, with some variations.
