I had trouble in mind and more trouble in store. Ain't that always the way it is with the Blues?

Story behind the song
Written during a real down time while contemplating band problems that I knew were comin'. The sky really did have a yellowish tint that morning. An omen of the storm to follow.
Lyrics
YELLOW SKY BLUES Well, I woke up this morning looking out at a Yellow Sky Woke up this morning looking out at a Yellow Sky It’s almost enough to make a poor man moan and cry Start off the day with the Captain on my back I start off the day with the Captain on my back It’s almost enough to give a poor man a heart attack The Blues don’t take no prisoners and the Blues ain’t got no friends They come on without no warning every now and then They will leave you with a heavy heart and all alone again Cause the Blues don’t take no prisoners and they sure ain’t got no friends I’m broker than a Cane Back chair left in the rain Yeah, I’m broker than a Cane Back chair left on out in the rain Lord, it’s almost enough to make a poor man go insane My woman done left me for a sho-nuff Youngish Man Yeah, my woman done left me for a sho-nuff Youngish Man If that don’t give you the Blues, I don’t know what else can The Blues don’t take no prisoners and the Blues ain’t got no friends They tend to come on without no warning every now and then And then leave you with a heavy heart and all alone again Cause the Blues don’t take no prisoners and they sure ain’t got no friends
