Jim Cook and the TaylorMACs have been recording since the year 2000, and have produced three albums. The first being "Keeping it Country", a 12 song album of original songs written by Jim Cook, Ray Cook, and Taylor McKinnon. The Band Plays regularly at local VFW Posts and American Legion Posts, as well as local dance halls such as the "silver spur". Lead guitar player is the great Jerry Swallow. Jim Cook sings all the original somgs. Steel guitar is by Ken Curtis, formerly with the "sons of the pioneers".
