Story behind the song
Lies have a way of growing. Friendships and Love can become complicate matters with little lies that grow until they are no longer little, and become obstacles beyond our control. So be careful when you think it’s just a little thing when in fact it could be the beginning of the end. This tune is a combination of grunge, rock, blues mixed with electronica for another bent genre song. It’s meant to be a little dark and a little conversational between all the different styles – like a group of people all wound up in a lie that could wind up costing them more than they anticipated. If I did a video it would be black and white and take place in a room full of friends discussing their predicament. Maybe two couples who have collided beyond friends.
