Milford, Connecticut’s SATURDAY MATINEE combines the pop sensibility of Green Day and the melodic catchiness of Fallout Boy with the power and grandiosity of Queen, creating radio-ready punk rock for the masses. Originally formed by life-long friends Russell Lyman (guitar/vocals), Bill Laudenslager (Bass/Vocals), Pat Kish (guitar/vocals), and Ant Mastro (Drums/Keys), SATURDAY MATINEE performs together with a tightness that comes only from sharing the stage with friends who have grown up playing together.

Lyrics
Japan 4 Jajajaja just waiting to see, if you could take a drive through the country side And kill some time with me; maybe for a while the arms you’ll be in are mine and not his I hear Japan is great this time of year, but this time of year without you here just an’t Japan (Where did you go) I’m waiting and wishing for you to come back home familiar faces here but I feel all alone (Where did you go) I’m waiting and wishing for you to fly back to me so I can see your eyes staring back at mine Hoping that you can, spend some time with me, If its not to late I’d like to take you out To the city where we could take long walks I’ll hold your hand tell you that you mean the world to me. I hear Japan is great this time of year but this time of year without you here just an’t Japan (Please come back home) I’m waiting and wishing for you to come back home familiar faces here but I feel all alone (Please come back home) I’m waiting and wishing for you to fly back to me so I can see your eyes staring back at mine I know Japan is great this time of year, but this time of year without you here just an’t Japan. I know that home is great this time of year but this time of year without you here just isn’t home (just isn’t home) Hoping that you can, spend some time with me, If its not to late I’d like to take you out To the city where we could take long walks I’ll hold your hand tell you that you mean the world to me. I hear Japan is great this time of year but this time of year without you here just an’t Japan (Please come back home)
