Welcome to the music of 100 percent Dykerin! We are a duo comprising Enio Mascherin and James Dykeman. We met just a few years ago, and discovered each others passion for song writing even fewer years ago. Better still, the songs we write solo take on a new life when we do them together, adding a harmony here and a guitar lick there. Story behind the song
This one started as a snippet recorded during a hike onto my small digital recorder "I'm Not Into That". I liked the tune and the groove, but it took me a while to figure out what it was I was not into. I played with lyrics and verses until it gelled into this song, about living on the dark side as in gang life - lots of opportunity to make money, but you must always be watching your back.
