Story behind the song
Mr Ain't Apocalypse Now somewhere stuck in his background brain. The long re-mastered version with no Hollywood cutting. This song is based on a guitar idea by A. Mojo Gonzales, on which Mr Ain't wrote a "arabic-styled" guitar arpeggio. Then added percussion and etc. Daniel Antoine sing on it for our skin to creep.
Lyrics
Listen, listen to the wind It carries the memory Of the faith, in my mission Can you tell me now, what is my fate Here in the middle of nowhere I’m so desperate Return, return, return home Tanks ‘n weapons, cars ‘n explosions Where’s the faith, in your mission? Don’t see the exit, don’t see the light Oh just smell the hate, I don’t know my fate Illusions, returned to the sand Return, return, return home Don’t see the exit, don’t see where is the light Please tell all of my friends I can’t stand anymore No, no, no, no… I can’t stand anymore Return, return, return home… Return to my home… © Bertrand Damien - Ensuran Productions Textes déposés All rights reserved 2005-2007
