In our plight
We often choose to fight
Because we believe we’re right
We falsely think
That might is right
And that it’s wrong to be meek
Didn’t a wise man once say…
To turn the other cheek?
To return violence with more violence
Let’s just say nay
Fools will fight
For what they falsely believe is right
When you look at the other point of view
You see they both are wrong
Let the fights be gone
It would be so nice
But it is naïve
Human nature is so very wrong
The human condition
Has always been on a mission
To destroy itself
Internally and externally
Some fear nihilism
They see it as an empty chasm
Wretching, twisting, spasms
But in reality, emptiness reduces schisms
Into eternal emptiness
We shall have our final sleep
Both the strong and the meek
Will in the end be disappointed and fall into sadness
