JnJBeats is a production company joined by two of the hottest producers out of Detroit, MI and Brooklyn, NY. Jaren and Jerrol AKA Unykue (Unique) and Boogie currently live in Atlanta, GA with the aspirations of becoming Super Producers. With their talents of engineering, mixing, producing, and songwriting, they have a sound unlike any other. Jaren "Unykue" Brooks was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 2, 1988. She has been musically inclined since age five playing the violin. At age thirt-teen, Unykue moved to Detroit, MI where she attended the Detroit High School for the Fine and Performing Arts (DSA) and majored in Instrumental Band (playing the alto sax) and minored in Dance (Marching Band)and Digital Music Production. During Unykue's sophomore year, she began an internship for Aspect Records where she began producing, learning techniques of an audio engineer, and how to mix, master, and track live video and sound recording. She also began writing screenplays and acting. Throughout Unykue's junior year, she became spellbound with the drums, electric bass, and electric guitar, making her the ultimate one-woman-band. After graduating from DSA in the Summer of 2006, Unykue moved to Atlanta, GA, where she plans to attend the SAE Institute of Technology and major in Music Business. With Atlanta being the industries home of the most successful artists of the new age of hip hop, Unykue is guaranteed to be the hottest female producer from the Midwest. Jerrol "Boogie" Wizzard AKA The Magic Man, was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 22, 1988. Boogie attended Mount Vernon High School where he began to play the Baritone, Trombone, Piano, and Electric Bass. Boogie's inspiration of becoming a producer all started when he was a member of a rap group called "Murder Ville". Boogie wanted to be a rapper, but wasn't confident in that area. So, he became the group's musician. He started making beats on a Yamaha keyboard. Boogie said, "The only reason why I do beats today, is because I wasn't nice enough at rappin'." When Boogie graduated from Mount Vernon High, he decided to continue his craft by attending the SAE Institute of Technology and major in Audio Engineering in Atlanta, GA. From networking and running studio sessions, Boogie's sound quickly evolved into a sound unlike any other. With Boogie's engineering and producing skill, Boogie is one of the hottest producers from the East Coast.
