Story behind the song
Criminal Alliance is Everett, Washington's Most Elite Faction of Rap Activists and Political Operatives. Though the organization was founded back in the early 1990s, the various Bloods, Crips, 13s, 14s, GDs, Vice Lords and other factions that comprise Criminal Alliance, were obviously formed prior to the 1990s. Criminal Alliance, also known as C.A., was created over a decade ago and still flourishes to this day as a world-class rap organization founded in the City of EVT.
