Women are the most aesthetically beautiful creatures on this planet. Yet the overwhelming majority of them masquerade around with fake hair, breasts, nails, etc. and wear make-up to 'hide imperfection'. My view is this: you are the way you are supposed to be. You are perfect. Don't pretend to be something you aren't.
