Leasing Rights ($40): Leasing a beat allows you to use it for your demo, album, show, radio play, or anything else as long as you give Sahil Datta proper credit and sales do not exceed 1,000. Leasing Rights can be sold multiple times until Commercial rights have been purchased. Commercial Rights ($100): When you purchase Commercial rights, you'll be able to use the beat for all commercial/profitable uses. Commercial rights can only be sold to one party, and will not be resold/leased after. Once the payment from the buyer is recieved, the buyer will receive a CD in the mail (next-day mail) which has the full beat in MP3 and WAV format, as well as seperate wav tracks for each instrument (for professional studio sessions). Also included is a signed contract from Sahil Datta granting you commercial rights to the beat. Custom Services ($150): Custom Services are available for artists and labels who are putting together an artist's project. Custom Services are only sold to one user and the user will have commercial rights to the beat. Prices start at $150 but can change depending on the needs of the user.
