WELCOME IN THE BLUESBOX ------------------------------------ Thank you all for the support and the interest shown in our music since we started out in December 2006. BLUESBOX is a group of friends playing together, recording and uploading their stuff in the internet. It's not a traditional band ..... maybe it's more like an independent recording label. Everything is done without profit being involved, though. It costs us no big money to do it. I tell you: we would buy our instruments and use our time to play them anyway, wouldn't we ? There you go, as silly as it can be ..... we just do it for the sake of music. Unluckily we can be very lazy: most of the things are totally improvised ..... and recorded in a very basic way ..... but does it really matter ? Nobody's perfect ... right ? Thanks for your visit ..... we appreciate it. And remember .... you can listen, download, broadcast everything for free. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Here's who is who ..... _________________ - T-BONE MUSTANG a.k.a. Story behind the song
I wrote this song thinking to some common attitudes my ex girlfrieds had and I stuck them to this metaphoric figure called Amanda (who in my thoughts had a lovely smile). I love that name and I loved pretty much all my ex girlfriends. But I love my wife more. Thankfully I didn't stop seeking for a real twin soul until I found her.
Lyrics
Music: Andrea Cremona Lyrics: Andrea Cremona Arrangement: Marco Ray Mazzoli Sandro Sam Mondini: voice Marco Ray Mazzoli: piano Alessandro Romanello: guitar Marcello Cremona: bass Andrea Cremona: drums ---------------------------------------- Amanda was happy that day that she left me to be with another man I knew I didn't care but never aware how much I loved starting over again yet I tried so many times to always keep her by my side it's only now that I realize we were happy in disguise Amanda was smiling and suddenly crying yet not telling what triggered the pain she never was sure of giving the clues and let me get what broke our chains no matter trying so many times to bringing back her lovely smile it's only now I understand we didn't mean to be good friends yes I asked until that day please baby why don't you stay and I was afraid to start my heart and fall in love another time Amanda was happy because she just left me to be with another man I knew she was right when she said good bye we'll never fit old pictures today (Andrea Cremona)
