Chris Santley(me) making mainly happy bouncy Eurotrance tunes but occasionally a bit of Ambient stuff, depending on my mood.
I have been making music on and off for about 2 and a half years.Initially I started with Ejay and sample discs which helped to learn a little about arrangement. But after a while I became bored with using other peoples samples and decided to try and create my own tunes from scratch. This is when I bought Fruityloops and I have been using Fruity for the past 18 months or so along with a number of VST's At first it was very difficult but I can see myself improving all the time. The hardest task I have found especially in trance is getting the sound spot on but I guess this does not come overnight. I do have some way to go yet,but I feel my tunes are catchy and listenable and I know some of you enjoy them. My latest track which is a remix of my track Journey to Zephyna is the best produced so far although I did have a little help but I have sent it off to various DJ's etc and it has been used to promote trance nights via local radio stations and has been played in quite a few clubs which is a first for me and is what is making me want to continue with making music.

Story behind the song
I was going through a very sad time as my father in law was suffering from cancer in Christie Hospital. He was a lovely man and was only 60 when he died and the song probably captures how I was feeling at the time.
