Quentin "Yella Fella" Aleem began his music career in early 2001 at the age of 13. Raised in Buffalo, NY he moved back to his hometown of Orlando with his father pacing himself to learn all of the basics of music such as recording, producing and mixing on his own. At the age of 14 he recorded his first song entitled "Get Buck.” Later on that year he recorded a record breaking single in Orlando with co-label mates Treal entitled "Swang on Everybody". In 2003 he formed the group 4-Da-O with two of his friends and label mates
Hydro & Ca$h. They recorded their first single together entitled "Crispy Clean". This song flourished all over Orlando without giving them a chance to promote it, taking over the market in the teen clubs around Orlando. They've had show opportunities like : Lil Wayne @ Hard Rock Live and Treal’s album release party as well as Plies at the Upperlevel nightclub just to name a few. The group was not successful was because of business differences but that hasn’t affected their personal friendships. As a solo artist Yella Fella has flourished and continues to move crowds with his music. Through this dedication to the craft he has now signed a deal with Society Music Group (SMG) in Orlando, Florida, and is currently working on his Debut Album entitled: "General Statement."
