JR's 2003 EP release Listen Loud brought great attention to Boston's local music scene, leading to gigs opening for Howie Day, Matt Nathanson, Damien Rice and more. JR's roots range from Jackson Brown to Matchbox 20. I like to think of myself as conceptual storyteller, in whatever form the story dictates, not branded as this or that.
