Story behind the song
This song features Matt on lead vocals. Matt lives out in country Victoria, at the foot of the Grampians. There he leads a frugal but heavily armed lifestyle, ever alert to encroaching danger. Matt sings this song like he’s some kind of WW2 bomber pilot, hepped up on Benzedrine and ready to unload some Dresden-style vengeance shit on any jerk who tells him that the apocalypse ain’t gonna happen 15 minutes from now. Be alarmed, and alert, Matt says, and make sure you have a network of caves and tunnels up in the hills… just in case.
