I write in a very wide style. Most people try to pigeon-hole everything. I like pop, reggae, rock, heavy metal.....you name it.
The reason the "band" is called Solo Flight is that I'm flying solo. This is a project that I continually work on. I am a songwriter/musician and this is an outlet for my solo projects. I am the lead singer and lead guitarist in the band KUN-TAJUS. I write all styles of music and I hope you enjoy both genres.

Story behind the song
You'll understand the "hands" once you read the lyrics and listen to the song.
Lyrics
The Hands Can you see them? They’re the hands that calmed the sea. Can you see them? They’re the hands that rescued me. Can you see them? They’re the hands that were used to heal. Can you see them? They’re the hands that were pierced with steel. The hands that touched Gods hands that day, Belong to us and I heard him say, “ I conquered death as life closed it’s doors; I laid down my life in place of yours.” Can you see them? They’re the hands that held him down. Can you see them? They’re the hands that touched his gown. Can you see them? They’re the hands that pierced his side. Can you see them? They were there the day he died. Can you see them? They’re the hands that gripped the rail. Can you see them? They’re the hands that drove the nail. Can you see them? They’re the hands that the world can see. Can you see them? They’re the hands that belong to me. The hands that touched Gods hands that day, Belong to us and I heard him say, “ I conquered death as life closed it’s doors; I laid down my life in place of yours.” “ I conquered death as life closed it’s doors; I laid down my life in place of yours.” words and music by Chad Patterson©1997
