We use the word 'crazy' a lot -- and pretty loosely. Medical people shudder when they hear it -- and it's not exactly politically correct.

After spending a wasted youth performing in bands and as a solo artist, I'm currently only interested in songwriting and recording. OK, if you get me a little tipsy, or there's some money waved before my eyes, maybe my iron resolve will waver ... I'm only human, y'know?

Story behind the song
I wrote this as a theme song for my wife's radio show. Now she just has to get a radio show. Anybody need a brilliant psychiatrist to answer phone calls on the air?
Lyrics
Maybe I'm Crazy by Wade B. Ward Some people tell me I'm crazy. Because of things that I say and do. They shouldn't tell me I'm crazy, 'Cause maybe baby -- maybe I'm crazy for you. They can see I'm crazy here without you. They don't know how sad I'd be If you weren't here with me. Why do they tell me I'm crazy? 'Cause they don't know what I'm going through. So please don't tell me I'm crazy. 'Cause maybe baby -- maybe I'm crazy for you. When people tell me I'm crazy, I just don't know what to say or do So please don't tell me I'm crazy. 'Cause maybe baby -- maybe I'm crazy for you.
