Story behind the song
Composed from ideas from Callum's old mystical notepads as well as some newer ideas. Composition finished on night before recording, leaving little time to leanr it fully. Resulted in guitars taking a gruelling nine hours to record. Lyrics were written on morning of recording. Recording was going to be for a 'Music Of Aboyne' CD that Callum and a few mates were making, which never surfaced due to problems with pressing.

And in our journey toward the goal of the corporeal,
we cut with blades of contingency dimension-vines in our path,
ruthlessly destroying what we do not see or understand,
for a prize we know not or will see in our blindness.
It is I who theorised that,
we have already passed our goal in our journey,
but such heresy shall not be heard,
for we are always corrcet in our motions,
thus outcast and heretic I am dubbed.
No external force needed tear through,
the information-fabric of human nature,
delusion and truth repelled until it tore,
and exposed the within-concealed humans,
to attack by Demise and her children.
It is I who sided with truth,
and in its compassion it bestowed me with a gift,
the power that makes one untouchable to Demise,
and escape to explore the outwith vastnesses.
