Story behind the song
The Royal Donjon of Najac in Quercy, France, is on a site with fortifications going back to the Romans. THe castle was built to get in hand the southern French including the Cathars, and was used in the wipe-out of the Knights Templars. Not a happy place. #2 for the www.FAWM.org challenge
