Hi everyone, I've been singing for a while now. Never thought about writing or singing in public until I began searching God's Word. First I'm a child of God saved by Grace and am one of the worship leaders at a Great church in Yorkton called The Yorkton Dream Centre. Story behind the song
We lost four young people in our area in one year.. it was a sad year for many people and it just stirred up emotions that I think we all go through.. I know that this song just hits the surface of the emotions of a loved one who died. But I was compelled to write about it because It gives hope that they are in Gods hands.. The journey of the ones left to mourn.. the questions we ask ourselves and God. The healing process that can take place if we trust that God is still with us.. healing our broken hearts, the hope that our loved ones have made the journey to heaven.. The harsh reality of not having them on this earth , the anger that we may feel and the sadness of saying Goodbye
