Welcome to my page here at Soundclick. I'm a guitarist and composer, jazz mostly but I do wander into some more eclectic things on occasion. Been retired from State of Illinois since 2014. Story behind the song
Bird's-Eye View is based melodically on Ornithology and Scrapple from the Apple and harmonically on Green Dolphin St. So, given that it has two Charlie Parker melodies, it's a "Bird's-Eye View" of Green Dolphin Street. Made sense at the time anyway...
