Story behind the song
whenever this girl was depressed, she would do everything she could think of to make herself more depressed- for example, listen to sad music, watch sad movies, push people out of her life, etc. I would always tell her not to do that and then one day when i was depressed, i realized i did the same things as she did... so i wrote this song.
