Amarillo Heavy Metal Band - Laughter's Not Enough. New Album NOT FLUENT IN STUPID on sale now! Amarillo Metal, Heavy Metal
In this band we believe in the wonderful gift of laughter ... Especially if it's at someone else's expense! We also Love Metal. Ya know there's a lot of people out there that think hard core metal is supposed to be death doom and gloom ALL THE DAMN time. We think a little differently about that. We think making fun of our national leaders, our daily lives and dumb shits we meet on the street is just as good a topic to rock out to as anything else. So that's what we're about... Pokin' fun at general jerk offs... and bringin down the house. We formed LNE in July of 2005. We are four individuals from different walks in life who agreed on two things. Poke fun at Sick Shit and get aggressive musically. Romie, Marty, and Johnny came from a Death Metal background while Spud came from about everything else.

This song was written from a humorous perspective on a woman's ability to drive a man to drink.
Lyrics
Drinkin Myself To Death You a lie’n, cheat’n, thiev’n, sleep’n, Goin out on me Every night You’re slimy weasily patronizing Son of a bitchin condescending Truth for lies Because of you Chorus: I’m drinkin myself to death Drinkin myself to death Because of you and what you do I’m drinkin myself Drinkin myself Drinkin myself to death (repeat chorus) I can’t believe the things you say to me Tradin insult’s truth to truth’s disguise I’d rather drop to the depths of hell But you’d be there locked inside Inside my mind (Chorus) You a lie’n, cheat’n, thiev’n, sleep’n, Goin out on me every night I can’t believe the things you say to me Tradin insult’s truth To truth’s disguise (Chorus)
