I'm a folky acoustic guitar player/singer. I thought this might be a good place to make some of my music available on the web.
Story behind the song
I had an '87 VW Cabriolet convertible that I absolutely loved. A kid hit me in a parking lot doing about 60 and totaled it out from under me. That night I had to walk to a friend's house for a social gathering I had planned to attend. I was really bummed. On the way there, I stopped by a lake and stood on a dock for a while. Staring at the water I got the idea for this song.
