Story behind the song
Kind of a response to the common question, "how could a loving all powerful God exist with so much suffering in the world?" Turns the point around to, what are you going to do about the suffering you see and experience?

Do You hear Him in the good times, when it seems you have it all?
Perhaps the noise of pleasure then, is drowning out His call.
