Don’t Light That Cigarette
Stop and listen before you take that puff
Smoking won’t make you smart or tough
Don’t let your life go up in smoke
Damage to the lungs and hearts no joke
Stained teeth bad breath wrinkled face
Why would you want that to take place
Rapid pulse shortness of breath
Signs of problems that might cause death
Food will never taste the same
No one but yourself to blame
Don’t be tempted by your peers
Don’t shorten youth by many years
Don’t be a showoff and think you’re cool
Think of the danger don’t be a fool
Wheezin’ and coughin’ is a sure bet
Stop don’t light that cigarette
Instrumental Break
Break the habit before it breaks you
You know the dangers nothing new
Use your will power and refrain
Don’t light that cigarette there’s nothing to gain
Second hand smoke offends your fellow man
Be considerate sure you can
Live life healthy have no regrets
Think before you light that cigarette
Life is a gift to be enjoyed
Not a gift to be destroyed
Don’t become addicted and in a rut
Kick that cigarette in the butt
Wheezin’ and coughin’ is a sure bet
Don’t light that cigarette
