This has a tradition sound and feel; VERY nice job, Dave. :) You DO sound alot like Hank Williams, especially when you sing songs like this one. :)

An excellent tune, can picture sitting alone in a bar lamenting with this playing on the jukebox. So extremely well written and performed. Dave, before your tunes I didn"t fully appreciate the real life poignancy that well written country music can reflect, but since listening intently to both Hayley's and your tracks you can count me as a fan of country!

Hello Dave, Love the lyrics, very cleaverly written..... Been busy as a beaver lately, lookin to have a few new ones in about a week....I can remember when I had a difficult time finding a song to do, now I have a nice backlog.... The Johnny Cash tribute will be from Feb 22-29th....Johnny's birthday in the 26th.....So far "Orange Blossom Special" and "Ring Of Fire" are covered....
