Story behind the song
My brother Tony has been playing drums with a bass & guitar player the past few Sundays...Jazz/rock stuff. They recorded one of the guitar players compositions and he asked me to come up with a melody/lead guitar part for it. I recorded direct into pro tools using Line 6's Ampfarm plug in. Used my Heritage Les Paul for the whole song. Mostly clean, one really overdriven Marshall sound (with a wah pedal "stuck in one spot" effect) for the bridge lead part. And a sweet over driven tone for the end solo.
