Computers never seemed so natural...
Zoios is an attempt at something wonderful, albeit pretentious.

Story behind the song
This song derived from one of my intriguing nights where I thought it would be fun to think of nifty names rather than actual songs. Nevertheless, I made the name a mainstay and created the song around it, not surprisingly coming up with three very different categories of music to represent it. I still label it as imperfect, which I usually enjoy about my other works, but this song created a raging perfectionist out of me. It's a wonder that I didn't decide to just keep it for my own ears only. But here you have it; a spastically epic tune to compliment nearly any mood you can't put your finger on as to what it is. That and I guess your defeatist moments.
Lyrics
May 2nd (1) "My World, It Put Me on Hold..." Dear Diary; I know you must be sick of my complaining by now. It's been some years since things crashed. It seems universal now – everyone is miserable from some degree to another. But it's not just misery; it's loathing. There are others like me, and they blame everyone and everything. What else have we to blame? No one and nothing is making a difference, so it only makes sense that we're a world run by defeatists. Sure, we find a small victory here and there, but survival is truly a defeatist's game in the long run. Economy, politics, increasing social cruelty and disdain, they're all a burr sticking into our ankles, keeping us from evolving. Civility and happiness and beauty, and the pursuit of them all, are about as likely and productive as fishing for fire nowadays. And that makes me, and many around me, bitter. Truly, very bitter.
