Story behind the song
Another Tin Pan Alley era song. I re-arranged the words and made a new, formaly written song for this one. Also, I recorded the vocals on a condenser mic, so that’s a big upgrade from my previous vocal mics. There was movie with this title back in the 30's, I assume the song has something to do with it. I don’t know the story at all, but I’m guessing it has to do with some dude in France who hit big at the casino, and now lives a sweet life in Paris, but has to deal with all the shlubs out there who all want their piece of his cash.
