Story behind the song
Imagine a mid-west victorian one-horse town. The streets are dusty and the wind blows between the wooden buildings, tumbleweed (obviously) rolls by. One day you hear a ram-shackle marching band coming over the hill, they pass by you, through the main street and out the other end of town.
